Small fuel leak coming from near the rear passenger wheel?

The aftermarket tanks on ebay fit very well. I think Spectrum was the brand. I actually had to do this twice in a 12 month period. First was an old rusted tank. Second was road debris dented my nice new tank. Easy job if you have a second set of hands.
