blinker issue

so when i use my turn stalk to signal right, the instrument cluster shows no lighting for the right signal and clicks really fast. the left works fine. when i use my hazard button, both sides signal just fine. the instrument cluster blinks color under both directions and clicks at the appropriate rate. so i only get this issue when i use the turn stalk, which i did replace when i upgraded to a 13 button obc. when i use my turn stalk theres no blinking inside or outside of the car just a fast clicking.

is it my turn stalk? help help help

That is a bad turn signal switch.

Could be bad connection at the bulb even though bulb might be blinking...I had this issue and still do at times.

No, one of your blinker bulbs either in the front or rear of the car. Mine was front passenger.
