problems with idle control

i have two issues with my e30, when i turn her over, sometimes it lags to start, thats one issue. once it starts the idle seems a bit shaky, it wont stay at one idle rev. anyone else have this problem with their e30? also my "CHECK" light keeps flashing. i checked around for sensors anyone got an idea of what it might be??

"CHECK" light is the button above your head on the little computer.. press it to turn the "CHECK" light off..

The shaky idle or jumping idle could be faulty ICV or maybe just needs cleaning.. could also be a vacuum leak which e30's are notorious for at this age.
