Quick question need answer pretty quick ?!

So im at a wierd spot and my car will not start randomly then i wait 10 min and it starts up right away like nothing is wrong i have spark and fuel going into the rail with good pressure but i take off the hose after my fpr and no fuel comes out until after i crank it any ideas im stumped also im broke till next week so i cant just go and buy a fpr to test.

fuel pump relay and/or old busted fuel pump?

Could be crap in your fuel tank getting sucked into your pickup or filter and clogging it until it settles out.

the thing is that before my FPR the fuel is pressured enough so i think i got 1st degree chem burns on my face when i pulled out my FPR but after a minute or so with the return line unplugged from the FPR fuel spits out and my car starts right up.

Pumps can be intermittent like that before they go. Probably the pump.
