How to tackle M20 oil cooler job?

I got under my car for an oil change last week and noticed that my oil cooler was basically held on to the car only by the lines. It's now zip-tied and I'm ordering parts, but I'm not sure how to best get access. Parts 5-10 from the diagram are mostly broken or missing on both sides of the cooler:

What's the best way to replace the mounts and hardware? It seems like I'm going to have to remove something (maybe front valance is easiest) to get in there...

On a facelift car, pull out the splash guard from under the front car and you'll have great access to the oil cooler. Just soak those plastic nuts in the wheel well in penetrating oil and they'll come free pretty easily.

Sheet metal screws, or get the screws you need off a junk yard car... Either way will work
