cant go over 2000rpm? any ideas?

I have already replaced the throttle position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor. Starts fine, idles fine and drives fine as long as everything is under 2000rpm. This is driving me nuts, any help would be awesome. Thanks

Found this within a minute in google:

Also, you should let us know what kind of engine you have, year, ect... you're not giving us a lot to work with.

just took the tps off again, doesn't look like this piece can be opened up...seams to be a sealed part.

A guy I knew had same issue on his truck... And what it ended up being was one of his multiple o2 sensors wire was getting shredded apart. His wouldn't go past 3000.. Long shot but a simple check. Good luck.
