    crazy headlight problem?

Ok this morning I experienced a problem with my headlights. I was heading to school and noticed my lights were awful bright. I check the turn stalk and the brights wern't on but buth the bright and normal light indicators on the cluster where lit. So I flashed the highbeams and no difference. All four lights and the fogs where on. if you pushed the fog switch the fogs went off, or if you pushed the stalk forward the fogs would go of but all four lights stayed on no matter what. Once I got to school I turned the car off and pulled the key and the High beams alone stayed on. I poped the hood and wiggled the back right relay and the highs went off. I then turned the car back on and the lights worked normal. Any ideas? relay going bad?

it could as when I wiggled the relay everything worked. I'm mainly trying to figure this out as yesterday I installed a chip, and fixed the odometer in a ladies car and she had the same problem where all the lights were on.
