trunk lock cylinder

Anyone know if you can buy a replacement trunk lock assembly? Mine is seized, I think this is common.....pretty much detroyed my spare key trying to turn it with extra torque and wd-40.

If you can't buy them new, is the wrecker the next option?

Don't know if you can buy them new or not - but - I bet if you removed the cylinder and left it in a cup of PB blaster, WD-40 or ATF overnight it would free up pretty good.
