Glovebox light switch issue

My glove box light won't light when it's open

The two connectors are plugged in (for the switch ) but it won't turn on.

If I touch a ground with the connector it lights

Any ideas? Tia

Bad switch or a bad ground.

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
