Long story short, my blower motor was out, was re-installed, and now, though the motor is spinning, I'm not getting any air inside.
Any ideas why?

Which cover? If the black plasitc cover that covers the actual motor+rat wheels is off then you won't get any air inside, it will just blow it all out where the cover should be.Adam Fogg- '88 M3

Thats funny but I cant blame ya, as I know that fan sucks to line up straght. Blower fan was the first project I did on a e30 what a PITA.

That metal clip was the biggest pain in the ass. I was struggling for like an hour thinking I was doing something wrong
