Sunroof doesn't stop flush with the roof

So I can't really explain this well, but my sunroof will stop at the set points when it is being retracted (1/4, 1/2 of the way open) but when I try to close it, it won't stop flush with the roof and will go to the propped open position. So their is a huge gap that catches air and whistles when driving. Is their a way for it to stop flush with the roof rather than me having to guess? I can try to get some pictures tonight.

You've got to adjust the sunroof panel. You've gotta take off the headliner panel and then there's 3 torx head screws on each side that support the actual sunroof, it takes a while to get it right.
