Relay question

I have this relay that is mounted to the outside of the fuse box dose anybody know what this is.
There is a red wire coming from it and going to this thing on the firewall.and there is a black wire going from the relay to a sensor behind the starter. I was just trying to get some insight what that relay was responsible for, and what it connected to.

That isn't a factory installation. It looks like the wire goes into C191 (possibly for injector power) and it might be a workaround for some harness or control problem.
