Difference in fan clutches from auto haus

I was wondering what the differences were between the 84 dollar bmw fan clutch or the uro parts fan clutch which is only 44? Really trying to save money here but I don't want to g et a cheap fan clutch that's going to go out in a few months or something, any thoughts?
