Rear keeps swaying side to side

Just bought a set of new tires for my rear wheels. Once I started driving on the highway I noticed the rear of my car would slightly sway side to side whenever I would switch lanes. Don't know what the problem is. Re-torqued my wheels just to be safe but it didn't make a difference at all. Most likely could be an alignment issue but I just wanna make sure. Thanks guys.

My friend's E36 would do this especially when getting hard into boost. It was scary.
Subframe bushings were rotten. Did those up along with the common reinforcement and it was all gravy from there.

Check yours and make sure nothing is loose down there!

Would you recommend a whole new bushing kit?

Replace subframe bushings ,rsm bushings and trailing arm bushings there probably all due for a refresh ,dogtracking as your describe is usually caused by failed subframe bushings. I had this happening in my e28 ....
