coolant tank relocation

I have the early model round coolant tank on the passenger side and I want to move it. I don't like how it sags down and covers my nice shinny headers lol.

I know I can switch to the late model one but I dont have money to buy one or the hoses to relocate it.

Just seeing if someone found a spot in the bay with little to no modifications where I could put the coolant ball. Also want to know how high it has to sit to properly work.

hit the junk yards and grab a 4cyl e36 rad i got mine for $25

I like the bigfer cooling area of the eta radiator.

you could move it to the front battery tray pretty esily if you dont have a vert

I was thinking about that but the return hose runs right past my headers and would defiantly melt. maybe i could heat wrap it?
