Tell me what this sound is

Can someone tell me what this sound is? Pulsing gets faster as revs go up

Belt was my first thought but I thought that makes a higher pitched whining sound. Or is this how it starts?

Timing belt was just replaced January of this year too btw

try spraying some prestone belt dressing on the belt to see if it goes away. take the belt off and check the water pump and pulleys for play.

Try using a stethoscope (automotive kind) on each item with a pulley. If you don't feel like spending the $5(?) at harbor freight for one, a prybar or long extension will do. Not a 100% diagnosis, but narrowing the noise down to one pulley sure does beat individually taking off each belt, then starting the car up in between.
