I'm sure some here have ran into the delema of fabricating custom coolant lines for a swap. Im hoping someone can guide me in the right direction for what to do here. I recently swapped an s38 into my e30 with a custom radiator.
Hose #1 from bottom of thermostat housing to radiator is a loop with one end having an Inner diameter of 2" the other end 1 15/16"

Hose #2 into top of radiator looks like a bent L. inner diameters of one end 1 7/8" and the other 1 15/16". It also has a small connection on the side with an inner diameter of 3/8"

I had called a maker of silicone hoses but since they have to make a mold it will be very pricy. I was quoted between 700 and 1000 dollars to make both.
