Car's idle drops when I kick the clutch

Can one give me any ideas cause I have no idea why it's doing this. When I kick the clutch, the whole engine moves too. The idle drops and the car stalls and it won't start with the clutch engaged.

This is simple, your car is trying to tell you "STOP KICKING THE CLUTCH FUCKHEAD"

That was a little harsh. Yeah, when I depress the clutch slowly the idle drops and the check engine light turns on then the car stalls.

              I was joking.

I would guess that your throwout bearing is bad.

              Again, just a guess.

Jordan, you need that thing in your sig that you have on DTM that says:

"People that get offended by things I say bother me."

So any time you push the clutch to the floor, it stalls???
                  Thats really weird.

My idle would drop VERY slightly when I depressed my clutch peldal, I just thought it was normal. It was hardly even noticeable, the sound of the engine just barely changed really.

i dont get that... wouldnt it make more sence that is you pushed the clutch to the floor the rpms would RIZE a bit? because your releasing one less thing for the motor to spin.

It really shouldn't change more than a few rpm if that.
Unless you have a seized throwout bearing or something, but that would make alot of noise.

The thing that gets me is that it won't do it every time. It'll only drop the idle when the clutch is depressed and the check engine light turns on. What are some possibilites that would cause the check engine light to turn on? I figured out how to drive the car around. I just put the car in neutral before come to a complete stop and when I have to put the car back in gear I rev the engine to 2,000 rpm so it can't drop the idle. I really don't want this to be how I'm gonna drive my car for now on.

                            Sounds like the throwout bearing......

Would the throw out bearing really make the check engine light turn on though?
