    Cruise Control Removal

Take off the cable going to the throttle body, and do what with the black w/ red stripe wires going inside?

    Any ill effects?
Can I just cut the wire?
Does removal require me to do something special?

My cruise control never worked and it just gets in the way, so I want it out.
(I'd say the same for ABS, but thats too much of a hassle)

I wanna rip this shit out but with my luck it'll disable the brakes and I'll crash and die and blame you guys for not helping me and haunt you in your sleep and whisper run-on sentences in your ear.

Ok, I just removed a complete one for a board memeber.
The cable to the TB has a really small nutyou need to removed before twisting off the white piece.
The wiring from the box the cable goes through the fire wall w/ a gromet (that rubber grommet is in another bigger rubber seal and a PITA to push through-lube it up) and oush out toward the motor. You could just cut it if your not saving any off it.
Then theres the stalk which require steering wheel removal and colun apart to unhook.
Then there's the computer part which is mounted above the ECU (which youd need to unhook) (above glove box) which has a harness running acoss the dash to the drivers side. One wire hooked to back of cluster .
The harness connect to brk & clutch switch and stalk which all must be dis connected. Oh and a ground which is in the stack mounted to fire wall
      I think thats it
