    steering wheel wobble

what would cause this upwards of 70 km/h. would unbalanced, or uncenterd wheels cause that? or would it be somthing else?

I think it could be unbalanced tires, wheel alignment, brake rotors warped, or even your tie rods ends. I've seen all these things cause similar problems in different cars. I'd make sure my tires were balanced and aligned, then my rotors (you can do all these at once at a good tire shop), they all should be maintained anyway so you're not really out anything extra. Then if it isn't any of those check your tie rods.

    But that's my $.02 I'm not a mechanic.

Errr, control arm something. Kinda like the chronic e34 problems.

      That's on possibility.

e34 has a different suspension, no? Double pivot, rather than single on the e30
Could be control arm bushings, but probably wheel balance. How old are the tires? how do the wheels look?

Sounds like wheel balance then. Get them checked, and watch the wheels for wobbles.
