    o2 sensor removal

    how the hell do u get this thing off. i have been trying for a few days now and the damn thing will not budge. although i do not have the "o2 sensor removal tool." any recommendations? How did u guys get this thing off. thanks Matt

    Lots of PB Blaster pentrating oil and a vice wrench. Let the PB sit for a little while before you strat cranking onit.

    Make sure you put some anti-seize onthe the threads of the new O2 sensor to avoid this from happening again.

            PB Blaster, torch it or do it when the car has been back from a drive. Sears has a stubby that works for the control arm bolts and the 02 sensor. That's what I have always used.
