Instrument Cluster (Help)

Is this the grounding screw that needs tightening? My fuel gauge has been wacky for way too long and I took out the cluster. I want to make sure that this is the correct screw to check before I re-install the cluster.

Quick responses would be great.

Don't you have a bad connection under the backseat ( sender unit )
check this before you get a new one
