Crazy speedo!

On the way to school thes moring my speedo started jumping all over the damn place. Now it either sits at zero or jumps up to my actual speed.

What should I check first? Sensor in diff? Grounds? WTF?

Check the wires for the plug at the diff. Mine did that a couple times. The wires on the plug at the diff had basically broken so I resoldered them, problem solved.
