    Help :(

On top of my ac not even blowing air anymore( doesnt blow anything. Just off. ) now my windshield wipers are stuck on. I turned my car on and as soon as i left my neighborhood my windshield wipers came on (clicked them down once to clear my windshield of fog) and sprayed washer fluid until it was empty. Not matter what i did, (stalled the car purposefully. And turned it off twice at stoplights) as soon as i turned the car on the wipers came back. I opened my hood to find the pump for the windshield sprayers, only to realize its IN my reservoir. :( for now i have the fuse to the pump un did , but any idea what went wrong guys ? 87 325i. :(

This (wipers on) happened to me once - I removed and then reinstalled the wiper relay. That fixed it. This may work for you or you may have a bad/styuck relay.

Definetly check the relay but it seems like your switch inside the car could be bad. You need to check the wiring diagrams you can find them at http://www.wedophones.com/BMWManualsLead.htm

Ok did a little research this is a wiper control unit

Its most likely giving you problems. Its in the fuse box under the hood. Take it out open it clean it and see if the problem occures again if it does you might need to replace it.

If you must drive the car, I would disconnect the wipers and pump until you can try the suggested fixes.

When my wipers were stuck on, a fuse had slipped under the wiper relay and was shorting it out.

My wipers did the same thing once and I did the same as vpilarrt. I pulled out the relay cleaned the pins an re seated it.

It may not fix it in your case, but worth a try before buying a new one.
