    Fuel line

So I found my car leaking fuel out of a rusty fuel line. It is the hard line that runs from the fuel pump to the fuel filter.

So in my situation I have to have this car done by sunday night for my commute to school so I dont have time to get one from the dealer (2day wait) so I was thinking could I replace the hard line with a high pressure soft line?

Would this work or does it have to be steal? Thanks guys

The filter is before the high pressure pump correct? I'd say you should be ok with fuel injector soft lines for the time being since thats whats used for the filter, pump, and check valve.

You dont say what year so we dont know if its from the low pressure pump or high pressure in tank but as long as you use fuel injection rated hose it will be fine for a temp fix
