Welcome to the forum. Looks like you missing the rod of the exhaust pipe that goes into to that hanger loop. Mine is the same way.

Ur muffler bearing is shot. Obviously. While your workin on it should check if your headlight fluid us topped off

The muffler hanger has a hole in it,weld it back up.
