    New here.

Hey guys. Didn't know where to post this. I just bought a 150k 87 325es M20B27 newer 60k engine with manual tranny electric everything, has 16x9 ESM 007s with slightly stretched r65 and racelands for $2700. Body is super straight, little spot of rust on the front from rock chips, and on the bottom driver side tail light. A few problems are pass side door lock doesn't unlock with key now when I unlock the driver door. All the other doors unlock at the same time though. Drive side lock cylinder is missing due to a tempted theft. Rolled down the pass side rear window. It won't roll up from the front nor the door. The door won't even roll it down. So I took the case off and took it off track and using hanger wire to hold it up. It's been raining hard the past two days. Had to do something.

Welcome! You probably need a new passenger door lock actuator. The driver's door lock cylinder can either be ordered and VIN matched from the dealer, or you can buy a lock cylinder repair kit (which is basically a whole cylinder complete with tumblers) and find the appropriate tumbler for each. The right rear window either has a stuck motor, a fried motor, and/or a sticky window regulator. Take the door card off and remove the motor via two Torx screws. Test the motor with both buttons. If it works, spray the track with brake clean to remove the old sticky grease then replace it with lithium grease or something similar.

Also, you don't have a 325eS; you have a 325e. The eS only came with two doors.

Gotcha 325e. I haven't been able to get the motor off. But it is slightly corroded on the outside. All other windows work. I will see how much a vin match will be and go from there. Also the speedometer is in km, and the check lights by the moon roof crank is all in German. The tach and gas gauge don't work either. I know the clusters is a common problem. Front running lights work but the turn signals don't work either. I will post pics later. 2700 I found is a decent price for an e30. Especially one that doesn't have a lot of miles.

Unless the mileage is documented, it's almost meaningless on an E30. Especially when it sounds like you have a swapped cluster.

It sounds like you have some electrical gremlins to track down. You've checked the bulbs and fuses, and checked the wiring to make sure it's all hooked up?

If the door window motor getting voltage?

He was able to roll the window down, so it at least had voltage then. Maybe there was a break though.

I haven't had any time to fool around with the car. Definitely going to get it fixed. The passenger side door lock doesnt unlock cause the lock is seized. Hopefully going to have a few things done with it this next weekend. Still getting used to have a rwd car. Especially in the rain.
