    It lives!!!!!

    I got this fcker started finally. It was 30 seconds of cranking with new plugs in and gas pedal to the floor. Don't know how or why. Thing ran amazing and my odometer rebuild worked like a dream.

      Upside down distributor, I bet. That or too little washer fluid.

        Haha not embarrassed. I don't know what made it start. I replaced the spark plugs with $2 autozone plugs, a little ether, and about 30-40 seconds of cranking with the gas pedal to the floor and it caught. It ran fantastic for about 20 min but I think the fuel pump may be an issue.
