How about this one....85 4 door, only the drivers side front door is unlocked, and it wont lock. The other three doors, are locked, and wont unlock with the key. You cant even pull the knobs up, on ALL three other doors. WTF?

YIKES, Most of us are trying to deal w/ 2 doors w/ your 4 it sounds like you've got some work cut out for you ;) Your local so we really oughta plan a day to meet at Scott's for "Central Lock Repair"

I feel like every single e30 has this same fucking problem. Ive yet to own one where all three locks work. On my 318 my trunk and passenger side dont work, which is fine by me cause I never use them, but if my drivers side ever goes Im proper fucked.


Solution, pony up the 30 bucks for keyless entry. Problem solved.

This 85 is currently undergoing a transplant of engine transmission and rear end. But when its up and running a central lock clinic would be good!

Get on eBay and either do a search for "Omega Research + Keyless Entry" or for the seller mypushcart.

Some people have had issues, but it looks like a good deal of people on here don't know much about wiring accessories. :D I did mine this weekend, easy install, and not having to use keys in my iffy locks is priceless.
