Timing Specs for m42

Anyone know the specs of the m42 in terms of timing? I found some speculation on a Ti site but nothing solid...

I swapped cams but I just set the timing exactly how it was on the old cams. I didnt degree it or anything.

The local tech is a jerk and wont disclose ANY information about anything
