    windshield wiper fuse blows

Every time I put a fuse in it blows immediately. The motor is not seized up or anything but I did remove the windshield washer fluid resivoir and I never did anything but cut all the wires. So I don't know if that could be causing it

As I recall, the wiper fuse also powers the washer. Make sure those wires aren't shorted. If that isn't the problem, the wiper module is bad or there is a wiring fault.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

So it the fuse blows when the wiper motors plugged in... so I'm guessing that's the problem
Went to the junkyard got another one, plugged it in and the fuse blows
There is no washer fluid resivoir I just cut all of those wires when I took it out
So do i just have two bad wiper motors?

Could be the cut wires are grounding to the chassis or to each other. Did you tape them up separately? Has the tape come loose?

Sadly when I first started building the car 3 years ago I was really stupid and was all about race car(tookout a/c abs and my washer fluid stuff off)

I just cut the wires and left them close to a plastic sleeve near the radiator... hopefully that's the problem, I can still return the junkyard wipers and try another pair but the parts car's fuses were still good and the wipers moved for a second
