e30 325ix issues

Picked up an 89 325ix auto and it's not running. I've replaced the ignition coil, crankshaft sensor and it came with 2 dme's. It just cranks really fast, has fuel. Along with the no start, the wipers, radio and fog lights don't work, could this be related? Any thoughts?

This goes in the tech forum. But you should check your main relay, afm, timing, starter connections (spade terminal)....lots of things. Look for bad fuses.
