blinkers are a no go

My front blinkers dont flash and my OBC wont light up, i know these are tied in the same fuse together but the fuse it fine, where could look next?

Looking at the fuse chart, the turn/hazards are on fuse 4 and 24, and the obc uses fuses 12, 10, 21, 23, 27.

All these fuses are good? How are you checking them?

Thanks i will check those others, my meter is crapped out so i am using new fuses and switching. I just figured out my drivers blinker is the only one out after i messed with new bulbs.
