A couple electrical issues

First: Bouncing temp gauge. The amplitude of the bounce varies with speed (bigger bounce with faster ground speed -- stops bouncing at a stop most of the time). It is not the "grounding nut" on the back of the gauge.

Second: My seatbelt light has started coming on. Randomly while driving. It's no big deal because I just pulled the bulb, but does anyone have any thought at to what it is beside the actual belt clip?

reflow the solder on the joints for the temp gauge.
