alligning the doors

Hi.
My 2 doors of my e30, has slipped a little bit.
Is there any "tuning" of the door? (some wheel nut, ou something like that?)

I need to make some effort to close both doors.

You can adjust the striker plate that is on the door jamb. It uses 2 torx screws and this can help sometimes.

You can also adjust at the hinges, if more adjustment is needed.
