I think you mean : nur Bleifrei benzin ;)

btw My car rant for many years on leaded fuel without any problem, i think that could be the problem (i've no cat!) if you run on leaded fuel with cat, the lead will stop up your cat and you've a bad flow in your exhaust
It's my opinion and experience with leaded fuel in a car equipped with a cat.

EDIT I think that's the reason why your boost pressure is so low

What are you running for an oxygen sensor?

Leaded fuel does a number on those.

YEs, I know we can't run leaded fuel with CAT, I don't have CAT.

Well, this is what I found, main bearing(metal) ROD N#1 is shitt, has wear, and must be replaced, hofully, the journal on the crank isn't damage, looks clean and soft...the 6th cylinder in the rod it's very good, looks like new...then I found the second main bearing of the crank a bit of color bronze,(you know what I mean, I don't have the word and time to look in a dictionary).....

I'm taking out the rest, we will find more surprises sure, hope not...

So, why the first bearing rod failed? Also the metal have "Axial" play, I mean it doesn't fit precise in the "clamp" of the rod...but hte rest looks find...

I took two pics with a old DIgi Camera, but it doesn't look good, horrible resolution...must be in the garbage, the other camera is gone, went to a trip...!

How many miles or km are there on this engine? They are not bulletproof to the extreme when they start getting into high mileage.

What happend last time you blew the turbo unit? Did you FOD the engine, meaning did you have a failure of metal parts into the combustion area? I remember you said you had a failure of your impeller section on turbo which is upstream of the intake. So if metal filings got into the intake system they would eventually get into the crankcase and chew your bearings to hell.

My engine has 92K miles , with 180 PSI per cylinder if I remeber well.

When I blew the head gasket(not the turbo) found the cylinder walls in very good shape, with out dammage or wear.

The impeller is ok, just a bit rough in the in some blades , buit very small cratches I mean...nothing that can break the engine, I asure it...

BTW...I'm using a Castrol RS (impoerted directly from England) always used it , never got a problem...

What I found is that the oil pump is welded in the neck, looks like the older owner or previous one, hited the pan and welded the pump and oil pan.

I will replace all the bearing(metals) the oil pump and well, the gasket...

              Then I will add Militec!

When I blew the head gasket and upgraded the Turbo, I added new oil (the same, Castrol RS) but htis time I didn't put Militec, since I couldn't get it, but before was with Militec....
