High beams dont work!!

Last week my passenger side High beams, both the low and high decided not to work. however the low beam on regular light works. Now today i find the same thing happening with the driverside. So when i put my high beams on, i have NO light.
What could this be? I am using H4s and Sealed beam high beams?? It worked fine at first. what could this be?

would you happen to know what fuse # it would be. I have nothing to do tommorow, and its gonna be pretty nice, so i plan on doing a little engine detailing and painting some trim. Now im adding on fixing my highbeams.
