    E30 Fuel Pump not Priming

1989 325i wouldn't start about a month ago, after rebuilding injectors.
I've replaced the fuel pump and main ecu relay.
The fuel pump relay is working, tested on another car.
I cannot hear the fuel pump working at all, any ideas why it isn't?

Fuel pump doesn't run unless the engine is turning over. The CPS tells the ECU the engine is turning over, the ECU turns on the fuel pump relay. So either the CPS is bad or you have a broken wire/bad connection somewhere.

This is not correct. The fuel pump will run and prime without the engine turning over. When the key is in the ACC position the fuel pump will prime.

^ This, but only for a few seconds. If you are not paying attention, you'll miss the pump noise.

85 318i mine just stays on forever in ACC. It's loud and grumbly. Not sure if its the in tank pump or the inline pump.
