having lock changed to match my key?

Go to a locksmith.

If you have access to a couple locks you can probably get by with having enough tumblers that you won't have to buy anything. You can disassemble the current lock and mix and match the tumblers you need.

I bought a rebuild kit 4-5 years ago and it was around $30 for the kit from the dealer then.
