VIDEOS: Slow wipers, loud wiper motor on E30 M3 - advice?

So my wipers are extremely slow. These videos were taken on the max speed setting. What do you think, bad wiper motor?

That does sound like a bad motor/gearbox.

thanks. So not something that can probably be rebuilt/is worth it to rebuild? Looks like the regular e30 motor will work and goes for under $100
