Help - My bunghole is too tight!

My beautiful new 3-core fuhraze radiator from the good folks at Ebay came with a temperature switch bung that is too small. Is there a BMW temp switch available with these skinny threads? Does it take the same electrical connector? Weirdly, I bought one of these 3 years ago where the bung was sized for the OEM temp switch. Silly Chinese welders...

Is the only function of this switch to fire up the HVAC electric fan in front of the condenser? Anything else I should know?

Interesting! Not sure if there's another switch option but yes its only function is for A/C.

Take the radiator to a good welding shop and have the correct bung installed.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

            2. Looks like the fucks at the factory welded on the bung used for the petcock drain

Drill it out bigger and tap it with the correct thread?

I wish my radiator had a drain 3/4 of the way up the side, imagine how handy that could be.
