    Drivetrain noise?!?

Hey guys so I have been working on this 318i 5speed trying to get it back on the road but I'm having this weird sound coming from under the car I can't figure out for the life of me.
The sound will only be heard above 5-10mph
It sounds like whirling(?) sound during acceleration
When decelerating it's almost a loud whine/grinding/scrapping sound coming from drive shaft/rear section of the car. It's also almost a hallow sound?
Almost like something is rubbing against the drive shaft, but I couldn't find any groves or scraps in the shaft when I had it out.

The engine was hit hard from under when the PO drifted it in a curb, causing the mounts to snap, could that have fucked the drive shaft?

I replaced the CSB, I checked and replaced diff and transmission fluid.
    Any ideas?

Could it be the Rear sway bar linkage? Mine need replacing and make a nasty scraping sound.

How are the subframe bushings? Mine are completely shot and when the subframe lifts up under acceleration it changes the pinion angle so much that I get a whirring sound. If it's not that it's possibly gear whine from the differential.
