Ski Pass Installation

Hey guys,
Looking to install the ski pass option in my E30. I know the metal plate used to fill in the opening is easy to tap out, I just wasn't sure how the ski bag unit fits in or if there is anything else I will need such as hardware or if I will have to drill anything. If someone has installed this and can offer some insight that would be great, thanks!

you have to have the skipass rear seat back

RealOEM.com shows bolts:

Not sure if you have to drill holes for them though or if they fit in the whole that is already there.
