    m20 turbo HELP!

    I have a m20 turbo, first start up cranks cranks cranks, has compression and spark the fuel pump is working and stuff, getting fuel through the fpr, but i don't think the injectors are firing.. I'm on megasquirt.. 1st time, could i have possibly the CPS, in the wrong plug or something ? any help?

    Are your fuel hoses hooked up correctly?
    You said "getting fuel through fpr" but the hose on the Reg is the return line, not the feed.

    Just might have been your wording but worth a shot.

    Also who built your MS?

      like if i take off the hose off that goes to the bottom of the fpr, and start the car with the hose off fuel comes out of the bottom of the fpr, which means I'm getting fuel. buddy of mine very smart built the megasquirt and he actually used it in his car for awhile so i know thats all good, I'm thinking that maybe i have a sensor screwed up or the injectors aren't firing

        Hose to fuel rail is feed, going from Reg is return.


        Have you hooked up a laptop and checked to make sure cps signal is present?

          Could be a number of things. Which megasquirt are you using? Are you using Tunerstudio? Even though your friend used this exact MS, you can possibly need different settings. I would specifically check ignition settings to verify tooth count, and watch the crank sensor signal.

            Also, there are two sensor plugs in front of the diagnostic port....one goes to your spark plug wires and I think the other one goes to the cps....make sure they are not switched since they are right next to each other

              I'm running 6 LS1 coils, i think i need to download tuner studio for the megasquirt and see whats going on, adjust settings ect, cause engine sounds good cranking. I'm on vacation will be back in a few days so hopefully i can get this thing going!
