Dashboard creaks like crazy (sounds loose)

Can anyone tell me how these dashes are held in, and what potentially could be causing the creaks? Every slight bump in the road it sounds like my dash is gonna fall off. TIA.

The dash itself is largely held up by two brackets just above the kick panels. Have someone drive around a bumpy road and prod around until you can find the source. (Take notes.) Some of the under-dash/dash-mounted equipment sometimes gets a little loose too. (Headlight switch, knurled nuts that hold the panel below the cluster.) The other option is to leave it alone and kill yourself when the madness becomes too much.

I had a crazy noise that I could never source. The steering column is mounted to the dash with a pair of fracture bolts, essentially two bolts with head designed to shear off at a certain torque to speed up the assembly process. The head of one of those was jumping around inside the two-piece plastic steering column cover. I was so happy when I found it.
Eternally searching for a nice set of BMW Sheepskin Seat Covers for Comfort Seats.

thanks for the tips. I've taken out the under panels and reinstalled/tightened them, same with the cluster, but none of which did anything. I actually tried pressing against the dash on my way to work today, and it seemed like the squeaking went away. I just wasn't sure where the bolts that held them in place are hidden.
