recently i had to replace the lower radiator hose because the power steering belt touched the hose and put a hole through it. it is happening again with my new hose. i checked if the pulley hits the hose by reving the engine and only moves just slighty but barely, but i know that it is way different wen you drive on the road. anybody have any ideas why it just decided to hit now? this just recently started to happen so...any help wil be appriciated. thanks!

i was guessing it was this.....any high performance ones or ones that will last long?
