Its dryrotted and leaking. Does anyone know a part number of where I can find a new one.

Never seen this. What's the purpose and where does it go?

Its next to the firewall, on top of the starter, and I guess it is there in case the heater core clogs?
I'll get a photo of the engine bay

I think someone did a bypass and capped it and their cap eventually broke

It was a heater hose bypass cap. all that drama for about a $.06 part. Thanks guys.
