325e Low Idle/Rich Idle (Literal Exhaust Headaches)

My '86 325e Automatic has always had a low but steady idle. It sits at 600rpm, though should probably be up near 800rpm. It's passed emissions within the last year but recently the exhaust fumes (at idle) are killing me. The entire exhaust is new from the manifold back, no leaks.

City gas mileage has dropped within the past few months but highway seems about normal. (30mpg)

My Bentley has been helpful but I'm hoping someone has some experience here. My ICV works. My AFM adjustment screw has never been touched nor has the ICV valve screw. Fuel Pressure Regulator is new. Fuel filter is new. I've been getting serious headaches if I leave my window down at red lights. Exhaust is not smoky, and doesn't exactly smell super rich. Just extremely, well, toxic.

What exactly is responsible for the fuel/air mixture at idle? If it's not from that list of suspects, what else should I look at?

I'm pretty close to popping off that little blue plug on my AFM and turning that screw. Someone give me some more ideas before I rid the world of another little blue AFM cap.

Coolant Temp. Sensor reads slightly lower than spec at 1900 ohms at 68 degrees, 200 ohms with engine at temperature. Would this cause anything out of the ordinary?

325e Coolant Temp. Sensor Resistance Specs:

          68+-2 F 2100-2900 ohms
          176+-2 F 270-400 ohms
