    Engine cooling problem.

So I've had this car for a little while and I've had a problem with the temperature when I am in the freeway. When I'm in the city it runs close to normal operating temperature but when I am on the freeway the temperature goes down all the way to cold. I suspect the clutch fan or thermostat or the coolant sensor. Is there a way for me to rule things out? Or does anyone have any suggestions? Its an M42 engine.

Ah I see, well that would make sense cause the fan clutch still has some resistance and it doesn't free spin when you try to spin it. I will check that out and see if it's the thermostat.
