Odd noise (rear end)

So I've noticed an odd noise that started this week. I'm not sure what it could be so any help would be appreciated.

First off it's coming from the right rear of the car
- Can only be heard while driving, but not constantly
- Can't be heard if the windows are rolled up
- The closest sound I can think to describe it is a fuel pump going out, but not as loud or sounds as bad.

I haven't gotten a chance to jack up the car and take a look, but just from looking under the car I can't notice anything visibly wrong. Not sure where to start so any suggestions would help a lot!

Sounds like a wheel bearing. Having the same issue
